Speedy Gambling

We have had family living up in Syracuse New York for my whole life. When my husband was offered a job in Rochester I thought it was a sign that we needed to move closer to family. That is when we began looking at Rochester New York real estate. I was please to see that this real estate market offers a good buy for the money. I have lived on Long Island most of my life and between the taxes and cost of living we are strapped. Rochester has very reasonable taxes and a fair amount of new construction options.

Having lived down in South Florida I am painfully aware of how the price of real estate can rise and fall over a couple of years. Moving up north and buying Rochester New York real estate has taught me that there are some real estate markets that still have a lot to offer at a fair price and that have shown a steady increase in value as opposed to sharp rises and drops. The cold weather of winter will be a change but I am ready for some hot chocolate and a little snow outside the window of my affordable home.
