Solution : Actually, young people that are very longsighted are able to correct their long distance vision using their intra-ocular muscles. The constant use of these muscles for other than their intended function could cause eye fatigue, eye-strain, and headaches, especially while they are reading. spectacles will alleviate the symptoms and allow good vision without taxing those muscles.
Query : Will my vision be damaged through the use of incorrectly prescribed spectacles?
Reply : It is not a good thought to use a prescription that is not intended for your eyes, but you ‘t inflict any damage to your eyes if you do. Using other people’s specs will tend to strain your eyes, resulting in headaches and dizziness.

Solution : Excessive visual demands, such as reading a lot, do not result in Optical problems. The causes of these faults are within the eye, and you ‘t inflict them on yourself in any way. People who read a lot may be more aware of Optic symptoms of headaches and eye-strain, which will give them a greater motivation to correct their problem with eyeglasses. The reading is certainly not causing the Optic error.
